THE PRINTS

Do you offer framed or unframed artwork?

All canvas prints are framed in a so called float frame.

Meditation cards are unframed.

CANVAS, FRAMES & PRINTING

How are your canvas prints created?

All canvas prints are PRINTED on finely textured artist-grade canvas with a matte/satin finish. They are scratch, crack, and warp resistant. Using the Giclée printing technology with archival (fade-resistant) inks results in museum quality wall art ensuring breathtaking depth, vibrancy, and archival longevity (100+ years).


They are HAND-FRAMED in a premium solid wooden float frame made from renewable sources (USA: maple; Rest of the world: oak); 4cm deep. Each print comes ready to hang with pre-installed sawtooth hardware and rubber bumpers to protect your wall and keep your artwork perfectly aligned.


OAK FRAMES (USA: maple) bring a timeless and elegant touch that complements both traditional and modern interiors. Their warm wood grain works beautifully with both bold artwork and neutral tones, adding depth and character to your canvas prints with a refined, natural finish.

SUSTAINABILITY

Are your prints eco-friendly?

Yes, they are as eco-friendly as can be.

We use water-based archival inks (lasting 100+ years) and sustainably sourced hardwood for the frames.

Local fulfilment reduces carbon emissions.

What do I need to know about Shipping & Delivery?

North America: Canada, United States

Shipping is free to all of the above countries.

For orders outside those shipping countries please contact me at petsy@sommardale-art.com, and I see what I can do to ship to your country. If it is possible, I create a custom order for you, which is easily done and no problem at all.

| DELIVERY
Each print is custom-made upon order, exclusively for you. As production and shipping are handled by trusted partners around the world, timelines may vary slightly depending on your location. To honour the care and craftsmanship involved, please allow 10 days before your print leaves the printer.

See the tracking for more information on delivery times. You will receive tracking information via email as soon as your order has shipped.

How about customs and duty fees?

My network of printers is strategically located around the world, allowing us to produce orders as close to you as possible. As a consequence, you should not encounter import taxes or duty fees - however this is out of my hand. In case you are charged import taxes or duty fees, you will have to take care of it.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

What is your Refund Policy?

The ordered print is custom made for you. I do not offer returns and refunds.

However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact me at petsy@sommardale-art.com and we will work out a solution.

Return and refund process:

To start a return, please email me at petsy@sommardale-art.com within 3 days of delivery, stating the issue.

If your return is accepted, I will send instructions on how and where to send your package. The damaged or defective item must be returned to me. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging, opened in a pet & smoke-free home.

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Once a return is received and found eligible, your refund will be issued.

Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
